Why I Built Guardian Cloud: A Mission to Make School Safety Smarter
I moved to Nashville on March 27th, 2023 — the day of the Covenant School shooting.
That moment changed everything.
As someone who’s spent over 20 years building camera systems and security platforms, I immediately asked myself a hard question:
Why aren’t schools able to send video to first responders in real-time?
I knew I had the skills to build something better. So I stopped what I was doing and started Guardian Cloud.
What Is Guardian Cloud?
Guardian Cloud is a Next Generation 911-ready safety platform built for schools and small campuses. It connects:

We work with existing CCTV setups, integrate directly with dispatch systems, and provide police with instant access when every second matters.
